Appointment Rules for 7K Kollektionz Home-Based Jewelry & Waistbead Studio

 


General Policies

  1. By Appointment Only:
    All visits must be scheduled in advance. Walk-ins are not allowed to respect everyone's time and ensure a personalized experience.

  2. Appointment Confirmation:
    Appointments must be confirmed at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled time. Unconfirmed appointments may be canceled.

  3. Duration:

    • Waistbead fitting/design: Up to 45 minutes.
    • Permanent jewelry services: 30-60 minutes, depending on the piece.
    • Combined services: Maximum of 90 minutes.

Booking Policies

  1. Deposits Required:
    A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will go toward the final price of your service.

    • Waistbead fitting: $10 deposit.
    • Permanent jewelry: $20 deposit.

  2. Rescheduling:
    You may reschedule your appointment once with at least 24 hours' notice. A new deposit will be required for missed rescheduling deadlines.

  3. Late Arrivals:

    • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late without prior notice may have their appointment canceled and deposit forfeited.
    • If time allows, a late fee of $10 may be applied instead.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Cancellation Notice:
    • Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting your deposit.
    • No-shows will lose their deposit and may need to prepay for future appointments.

Studio Rules

  1. No Extra Guests:
    To maintain a relaxing environment, no additional guests (including children) are allowed unless they also have a booked service.

  2. Hygiene:
    Please arrive clean and ready for your appointment. For waistbead fittings, wear a form-fitting top or bring your preferred clothing for accurate sizing.

  3. Payment Methods:

    • Accepted payment options include cash, credit/debit cards, or mobile payment apps (e.g., PayPal, Cash App, Zelle).
    • Final payment is due at the end of the appointment.

Permanent Jewelry-Specific Policies

  1. All Sales Are Final:
    Permanent jewelry is custom and non-refundable once welded. Ensure you are satisfied with the fit and style during your appointment.

  2. Health & Safety:
    Notify us of any allergies or skin sensitivities before your appointment. Materials are hypoallergenic, but preferences must be communicated in advance.

Waistbead-Specific Policies

  1. Fitting Accuracy:
    Waistbeads are custom-fit during your appointment. Adjustments made after your session may incur additional charges.

  2. Custom Designs:
    Custom waistbead designs must be pre-ordered or discussed prior to your appointment. Additional time may be needed for unique patterns or charms.

Communication

  1. Contact Information:
    For questions, rescheduling, or updates, contact us via [preferred method: phone, email, or social media DMs]. Responses will be made within 24 hours.

  2. Reminders:
    Appointment reminders will be sent via email or text 24-48 hours in advance.
