1. What is Permanent Jewelry (PJ)?

Permanent jewelry is a custom-fit bracelet, anklet, or necklace that is welded together without a clasp, creating a seamless and lasting piece. It’s lightweight, durable, and designed to be worn every day.

2. Does getting permanent jewelry hurt?

No, the process is completely painless! The welding is quick, and we use a small flash of light to fuse the chain. The jewelry never touches your skin during the process.

3. Where do you offer permanent jewelry services?

We offer PJ services at:

• Pop-Up Events: Check our socials for upcoming locations.
• Private Events: Available for birthdays, bridal parties, and other special occasions (Contact us for inquiries).
• Home Studio: Bookings available through our appointment section.

4. How long does the process take?

The entire process, from selecting your chain to welding, typically takes about 10–15 minutes per piece.

5. What if I need to remove my jewelry?

Permanent jewelry can be removed by cutting it off with scissors or nail clippers at the welded spot. If you want it reattached later, we offer re-welding services.

6. What if my bracelet breaks or stretches?

Our jewelry is designed for everyday wear, but accidents happen! If your piece breaks at the welded point, we offer a complimentary one-time repair within 30 days of your appointment. After that, a small repair fee applies.

7. Can I go through airport security with permanent jewelry?

Yes! Permanent jewelry is TSA-friendly and won’t set off metal detectors.

8. Can I get an MRI or X-ray with my jewelry on?

Most medical facilities require jewelry to be removed for MRIs. Since our pieces are welded without clasps, you may need to cut it off before your procedure. We can reattach it afterward.

9. What types of chains and metals do you offer?

We offer high-quality 14k gold-filled, solid gold, and sterling silver chains. Our options are waterproof and tarnish-resistant, making them perfect for everyday wear.

10. Can I add charms to my permanent jewelry?

Yes! We offer a selection of charms to personalize your piece. Charms can be added at the time of your appointment or later for an additional fee.

11. Do you offer permanent jewelry for anklets and necklaces?

Yes! In addition to bracelets, we also offer anklets and necklaces. However, keep in mind that anklets may have more exposure to daily wear and tear.

12. What happens if I lose my jewelry?

Unfortunately, we cannot replace lost jewelry. However, we’d be happy to create a new piece for you at a discounted rate.

13. Can children get permanent jewelry?

We offer PJ for ages 10 and up, but anyone under 16 must have parental consent and be accompanied by a guardian.

14. Can I book a group appointment or host a private PJ event?

Yes! We love hosting group sessions. Whether it’s a birthday, bachelorette, or girls' night, we offer private event bookings. Contact us to plan your experience.

15. How do I book an appointment?

All booking details are available in the appointment section on our website. Walk-ins are welcome at pop-ups, but private and home studio appointments must be scheduled in advance.
